Job Description: Territory Business Head (Strategy, Branding & Sales)
This role demands a passionate and mesmerising public speaker, an influencer par excellence, a counsellor of sorts, a change maker by potential and a trendsetter by attitude. You should be able to sculpt and navigate through the avenues of competition in your territory, establishing complete supremacy of FIITJEE with a clear distinction. You should be able to win over key influencers in your territory and make them FIITJEE ambassadors. You are a business leader with an astute sense of profitability, an insatiable appetite for excellence and optimising operations.
Your role shall encompass FIITJEEs growth in driving enrolment and in new market development through innovative outreach initiatives, diversification of business in furtherance of corporate initiatives, and deep market penetration.
As an individual contributor, you will help your centre to achieve promising EBITDA targets in line with the projected growth outlook. Achievement and maintenance of a very high customer satisfaction score are expected from you.
