  • Should have good Knowledge in plastic part design , manufacturing and basic of plastic Tooling Knowledge and should know Basic of plastic row material
  • To Lead a team of engineers and designers for project and Guide in Concept design, macro feasibility during styling stage, engineering feasibility, Validation, Production build, launch and post launch support for complete cockpit assembly
  • Lead and guide the team in decision making for components and assemblies, make and buy discussions, cost, weight and quality balancing with the CE and PPPM, ensuring timely delivery at every milestones as per Project time plan and the schedule assigned by Project lead
